Ratings and reviews

The movie selection is excellent. Unfortunately it is impossible to watch them. There is constant buffering and low quality streaming. I did their own speed test and it gave me 97mbps. Plus I downloaded a whole movie in the app in 4 minutes. However, for some reason, YOU CANNOT CAST DOWNLOADED MOVIES. On top of that you cannot download at the PC. So you are stuck with a non existent streaming quality or watch a movie on the phone screen.I will probably unsubscribe if this is not fixed ASAP.

Impossible to watch any movie today!!! Tried on any device (notepad, laptop, even phone as its hard to believe!!) and also with different WiFi sources, fix it that's annoying! Zero stars to developers!!!!!!! Seriously - just tried on all the browsers also even old Opera, Chrome, edge you name it! Pathetic programming

I accidentally renewed an annual subscription, and even though the automated Google Play system denied my initial refund request, MUBI’s real human support team stepped in and manually resolved it for me. They were incredibly understanding, tracked down my account quickly, and processed the refund so I could pay for my tuition. Thank you so much, River and the MUBI team, for saving the day!
