Ratings and reviews

While I love Udemy, the app is buggy, it doesn't always hold the progress of one lesson and sometimes it just starts somewhere randomly, might be towards the end, or towards the beginning. Also videos tend to start playing out of the blue in the background if you switch apps and had a video paused. Overall, Udemy is great, their app needs work.

As a platform, Udemi is good enough and I use it a lot, but as far as the application, it needs a lot of improvement as far as the offline mode. When it's offline it stucks in an infinitive loading loop. Even when I tried to watch some downloaded courses, I couldn't. At the end, it showed a message that the courses video had expired! (What?!) It's sad that an application without internet becomes so useless. Please fix this.

I’ve been facing serious video playback issues on Udemy for several days. On my mobile phone, videos keep buffering every few seconds, while on my laptop, videos frequently stop playing and sometimes show an error saying: “We tried several times to play your video, but there was an unforeseen error.
