I opened a brand new account, got the temp limit to use, but when I received my actual card in the mail I couldn't use it because they froze/suspended it. I have called 3 times in the last week to have it fixed but they don't seem like they doing anything about it. I have sent them proof in and nothing... how long did it take others to get their cards unfrozen/suspended?? just so I'll know what to possibly expect.

Normally, I don't leave complaints but support is absent. The app let me add my bank to pay my credit card. However, that same bank is not available to deposit money to buy crypto. I have waited 2 months. Tried adding the bank dozens of times. Failed. Wiring money in is impractical. So it functions ONLY as a credit card NOT a crypto exchange. Very frustrating. This is an updated (second) complaint.

I made the mistake of depositing about 7K into this wallet without first giving it a thorough test. I've been unable to transfer crypto out of this wallet or back to my bank. every time I try to do anything, I get errors. when I report these issues to technical support via their form, it sends them an email and I typically don't get a response back until the next day. their usual response is that I need to go into my account security and verify identity with facial scan. it never works! do not u
