Almost all job fields can be found here and most job offers are quite profitable at around $10-$25/hour salary. I said profitable because in order to apply to a job offer, we'd have to use 'Connect' token which is not free. On average it requires 10 token per application, and Upwork sells 100 token for about $15. Down side is that the token can't be bought through the mobile app (only via website), which is a bit hassle if you ran out of tokens.

Because the Upwork app didn't notify me, I have lost two prospects for not responding on time. Getting clients to respond to your proposal has been hard and on two separate occasions where they did, Upwork sent no notification. The first time I knew later through my email the second time, nothing. I checked Upwork app just to see I had been sent a message two days ago. This is not fair!!!!!! The app always has one issue with Android I have checked all the notification settings. It is on!

It is absolutely not worth it. I registered and paid for Connects just to be able to apply for jobs. 15$ Connects cost 15 dollars, which only allows me to apply for approximately 5-6 proposals, with no guarantee of being accepted, as I have to compete with 50–70 other applicants. If the job is already full and I am not selected, the Connects are automatically forfeited. Frankly, this is frustrating, as Connects are expensive, and for beginners it is extremely difficult to secure a job.
