After waiting weeks and weeks for my photos to be delivered, I cannot even access my order in the app anymore. It just says an error has occurred. If I try to contact customer service - 'an error has occurred.' Terrible app, I'm not sure if it is a scam or what, but I never received my photos. A refund would be appreciated.

Hello, your mail was lost by the postal services. We discussed the issue over the app message system on nov' 4th. We asked if you prefered a refund or for your photos to be sent out again. We are still waiting for your reply. The application is working perfectly. I invite you to log out/log in if you are experiencing a login issue.Thank you.
