I can't recommend this app to anyone, I have spend many hours and I couldn't get a photo of their requirements, they ask me to try with natural light and waited for next day when it's Daytime when I opened the app they had already removed the free option of redoing the photo. I asked them to send me the photo as it is or to refund me and none of them is done. This app is not recommendable

bloody useless... I needed a driving license photo, i downloaded the app, then spent 40 minutes moving around the house to get the perfect lighting for it to recognise my face, only to be messaged numerous times to be told I'm to close,/ too far/ too high, not looking straight at the camera. wast of time and money

This app is completely useless. It demands the pictures in the wrong order, telling you to take a selfie, instead of a picture of a passport, but the selfie camera is disabled for PP photos. Then every photo is wrong -- completely plain, white backgrounds are too "decorated", you're too close or too far (from the same distance), "your face is slightly in profile" (when it's not), and "this is only a preview after processing" (WTB does that even mean?!?) Garbage. Negative stars.
