Ratings and reviews

Used to be great. Now keeps crashing and malfunctioning, giving no real possibility to use it reliably when needed (for example, when offline, at an airport or a cityscape center, trying to figure out the next step in your itinerary). Seems like the developers are well aware of the key issues but provide no real solution, apart from the vague "we're working on a fix, in the meantime try to uninstalling and reinstalling" comments, which have been posted for months.

9/20/24: App won't open, keep having to uninstall. It's getting worse instead of better. Happy to be able to change the photo. Needs more trip activity options. I love that this syncs to my calendar and that I can add plans manually as well as add viewers/travelers. Sometimes the import information is a little mixed up but that's easy to fix. Overall a good app for traveling. 12/21/24: past trips aren't syncing to calendar if more than 90 days past.

Installed this app a few years ago and haven't used it since, but I came across it again recently and since I'm going on a trip soon I tracked down all my confirmation emails, forwarded them to the app and it worked like a charm. My airport transfers, flight reservations, and hotels all imported flawlessly. Great app!
