Worst customer support experience. They often fail to deliver the food properly, and the customer support staff sometimes use inappropriate and disrespectful language with customers. They clearly don’t know how to treat customers professionally. The app also does not maintain a proper list of available food items, and the availability shown in the app is often different from what is actually available at the hotel. overall this app is a waste of time and money,prices are also high.

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited 1 hour, then they said food was unavailable. Claimed they called me, but I got no call. Ordered from one restaurant, but got food from somewhere else. Prices 30% higher than actual restaurant. No proper tracking—they change status as they wish. NEVER received my order, yet it was marked Delivered! No customer support No response No accountability. Worst of all, I received threatening calls with abusive language. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Their service is really bad and they won't bring food exactly from same restaurant which we have ordered.
