About this app

Track every reel you scroll in real time.
See your scroll count increase across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat. Stop scrolling before it gets out of control.

BrainPal is a reels tracker and scroll counter built specifically for short-form content.
Most people don't realize how much they scroll. One reel turns into 50. Then 100. Then hours are gone. BrainPal tracks every reel and short you scroll. Your scroll count increases live as you use your phone, so you always know how much you've consumed.
This is not just screen time. This is actual scroll tracking.

🧠 SEE WHAT SCROLLING DOES TO YOUR BRAIN
Your brain starts healthy. By reel 100 it's cracking. By 200 it's gone.
As your scroll count climbs, your brain degrades in real time — so you can see exactly what endless scrolling is doing to you.
That's what makes it easier to stop.

āš”ļø SCROLL BATTLES
Add friends and compare daily reel counts.
See your count next to theirs.
Lower count wins.

⚔ KEY FEATURES

šŸ“Š REELS TRACKER
Always know how much you've consumed — tracks Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Snapchat Reels live.

šŸ”¢ SCROLL COUNTER
No more guessing. Every reel and short is counted in real time so you see the actual number.

🧠 BRAIN STATE VISUAL
See the damage as it happens — your brain degrades on screen as your scroll count climbs.

🚫 BLOCK REELS & SHORTS (PRO)
Hit your limit and the scroll stops. Set a reel count cap and BrainPal blocks access inside the app.

ā±ļø REDUCE SCREEN TIME
Walk away before hours disappear — catch yourself early while you still can.

Whether you want to track reels, block shorts, or finally reduce screen time — BrainPal gives you real-time visibility and control over your scrolling habits.

Track your reels.
Know your count.
Stop in time.

šŸ”’ Accessibility Permission
BrainPal uses the Accessibility Service API to detect scrolling inside selected apps like Instagram and YouTube. This is required for reel tracking, scroll counting, and blocking reels and shorts. Your data never leaves your device.

Its a good app with cute animations but the things which is missing is group fights . Currently we can challenge multiple friends but they appear in different sections but we are 3 to 4 friends in a group so it becomes nearly impossible to see each other score . I request u to add a group challenge section so we 4 player can see each other states in a single section. can't wait for that update ..

Is there any scientific research to back up that The number of allowed reels per day should be 50? and.. most of the time I just skip reels and don't watch them fully, so in my opinion there should be a threshold time which can be adjusted by the user, only after that threshold time if I stayed on the same reel then the app should count the reel as "watched".

Excellent idea! When scrolling, seeing the no grow automatically just makes u feel guilty. The competition mode is even better, as it can only go in 2 ways - either u take it the right way and reduce screen time af, or u both compete on who scrolls more. Overall, 11/10
