I've had it! Every single one of my damn photos and videos is gone – over 1000 of them, including some seriously important ones! Using this app has been an absolute nightmare. These pictures were collected over a freaking year, and now they're just gone. I need MY stuff back. Get in touch ASAP and fix this mess. The backup option is a joke; it's done absolutely nothing to recover my missing photos and videos. This needs to be sorted out.

I have lost all my photos and videos. I had saved more than 300 important photos. It felt really very bad to use this app. Those pictures are collected more than a year. Kindly contact mee. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. More than millions people are using this app. I can't recover missing photos and videos by the backup option. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

It has been running smoothly and fantastic all these years, but all of a sudden, all my data ( images ) has been lost .The folder get deleted automatically and is nowhere to be found in the app . Neither it allows me to create a new folder , nor it is accepting and back up option, The data is stored in cloud back up , yet it does not work plz . Help I need all those images back
