About this app

Cash Counter is a simple shop ledger for cafes, stalls, and small stores. Record daily sales and expenses, watch cash in the till, and keep the books on your phone — even without the internet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Add sales (cash and online) and see today’s total
• Log expenses by category
• Track opening cash, in, out, and closing cash
• See profit on the home dashboard
• Lock the app with a PIN, and optional fingerprint or face unlock
• Back up or restore your ledger to Google Drive when you choose

HOW IT WORKS
Your shop data stays on the device. There is no Magicstack account to create. Google Sign-In is optional and only used to save or restore a backup file in your own Google Drive.

Cash Counter is a record-keeping app. It does not process payments, open a bank account, or move money.

• Sales History now shows today's sale, cash vs online, and opens a full day's transactions
• New Reports page with day-wise opening, sales, expenses, profit, and share
• Cafe account SMS: incoming money updates automatically; outgoing transfers are saved as expenses
• Expenses show cash and online separately, plus overall spend
• Cash Counter label is now “Available money”
