It seem a good initiative. But from 2022 same issue not resolved by GeM team it is diappointing.. I faced same problem of Showing meassage "Please Check your network Connection" during login. i installed app with same network.. Captcha also Matched, is it possible without network.. 2022 to 2024 app didnt moved a step.. Y? If this app is not workable Please update us & reply on the same..

Poorly designed app. After log in, it's unable to load all elements of home screen. No options are visible for either Bids or Products. Nothing. I am on a 100 Mbps fibre network, and have gem registered as seller. Not that browser interface is very useful but at least that loads.

I have read the reviews and after that I installed the sw. After installation I ensured that the user ID and PW is correctly entered as per the upper/lower cases. I tried the same ID on desktop. The ID worked on desktop but app says login failure: please enter the correct combination of user ID and password.
