Ratings and reviews

A lot of things are great, but their Photo verificcation system is the worst. I tried like 6 times to verify my profile with photo but it didn't, and even removes certain photos automatically. Even when the Photo is completely clear, and the selfie verification is absolutely clear too, but it doesn't verify. Besides, there are so many people who seem to be uninterested, no bio, no nothing, just 1 photo and random normal details, I'd have loved if they provided people who are actually serious.

Please make photo verification compulsory. When I enable the "With Photos Only" preference, the number of matching profiles drops to fewer than 10, which severely limits the experience. Many users don't upload profile photos or complete their profile details, making it difficult to find genuine matches. Requiring verified profile photos and encouraging users to fill out their profiles more completely would greatly improve the quality and trustworthiness of the platform.

This app is basically useless without paying. You can swipe profiles for free, but almost every meaningful feature is locked behind a subscription. Want to message a match? Pay. Want to see who liked your profile? Pay. Want to know who viewed your profile? Pay again. So what’s the actual point of the free version besides window shopping? The app feels more focused on pushing subscriptions than helping people genuinely connect.
