The FNB Banking App embraces the future of help and our new look and feel will do just that
Some features to look out for:

Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”.
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and center, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals.
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any FNB customer via a simple chat, all within FNB’s secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.

What is Pay?
We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.

What is Secure Messaging?
Chat to other FNB/RMB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

1. Inconsistency between app & website. Some functions only available on website (like updating SMS & email inContact setting). 2. Verify browsers doesn't work. (so I can't update inContact). 3. Unintuitive GUI, e.g. Verify Devices (tap or slide) 4. Setting for in-app inContact messages is hidden away in a difficult to find place. 5. Securechat keeps dropping my chat and then I have to start again at end of the queue.

So complicated to use, Also constant error messages that never get fixed "Error We've detected a problem. The cause is being investigated. We apologise for the inconvenience" I wish there was a way to submit feedback about the app in the app about stuff that frustrates me.

This app to me comes in much handy when needed to buy airtime, as I'm not always in town to buy airtime etc ..but I bought a new phone about 22nd August 2024 and reinstalled the app on my new device know I'm battling to enter /log in to my banking app as it's having a error' telling me that my device is not secure and my data is at risk is there someone that can assist so n can sort out the error as soon as possible
