Bank of Khartoum’s Bankak / بنكك is a smart app (previously known as mBOK) designed for its customers to access their bank accounts or mobile accounts with ease and safety. More than ever powerful mobile banking & mobile account experience.
To log in, use your Bank of Khartoum A/C – CIF or create and access your mobile account instantly using your valid mobile number.
بنكك account allows any BOK account holder to subscribe and access his account and enjoy banking from home.
بنكك mobile service allows customers to open Mobile Account using their valid mobile number.

Ratings and reviews

Unreliable, you can't guess if the app will ever work when you need it the most. In addition to that, it will randomly hold on to transactions without ever finishing them nor returning them (I have two transactions still “pending” for more than six days.); the fees for internal & external transactions are too high. The user interface is outdated, and the overall reputation of the bank itself is questionable. If there was a rating LESS than one star, it would've been more accurate for me.

The application is very poor and often cannot be opened, the problem is that it does not depend on this problem only, in recent times, sums have been transferred to me to my mobile account and the transfer notification is sent to me and I do not receive it in my account, I do not know where to go!!!!!! !!! In addition to all of this, the bank’s customers do not answer calls. I have been calling them for two days straight, and they kept me in waiting for hours and hours without answering

Worst app to start the activation process. For weeks now I been trying just to activate it in order to be able to log in. With more than 20 calls to the helpline listed not even one call was answered. After many attempts, I received one email response stating that the account number I entered was incorrect. I replied with all the documents I have attached to my email. More than 4 days are gone by so far and I'm still waiting on a response. BTW I was able to deposit twice at the teller windows
