The app is ok and does the job usually. However, it sometimes just crashes, displays weird xml encoding stuff on the map, says that I don't have a paired device, etc. Just seems like a low quality app. Also it feels very slow.

Mower spends approx. 50% of it's time travelling the perimeter trying to locate its position. If it would at least mow the lawn while it's doing this, I could bear with it, but this is not the case and sadly, the entire mapping process seems either completely inadequate or completely ignored. The app seriously needs a manual override and steering option to compensate for this! Come on you guys at Bosch, check out what the Chinese competition has on offer - I'm sure you can do better than this!

Bad and not updated. Some alerts like "time to clean" or "inspect blades" are not sent at all, mower just stops mowing and you have no clue about it. Also you can't reset them from the app, you must do it manualy. Other alerts like "got stuck" are sent randomly. Cutted area not shown, developers says it's due to the 2G, but it's nonsense because app shows mower position on the map, so it could plot mowed area. Mower often stucks, because of wheels slippage, some buttons stopped working.

Please send pictures of the wire routing around the docking station and the wire connection on the back of the station (without the cover) to your local support team for investigation.
