The app was great, I have been using it consistently since 2020 without ever having a problem but since November 2024 I could not import any video I shot with my phone to the project I am working on. I have to send it to myself over WhatsApp or use websites to drop the quality to something terrible just to use the video. This is totally unacceptable.

Once a good app, now barely functioning... I've had this app (paid) three years now. In the last 3-6 months the amount of times it's frozen on me while trying to save an edit is unacceptable. Nothing like spending time tediously working on a video just for it to endlessly crash and not allow you to make the edit. If I could get my money back for this year I would. No point in paying for a broken app.

No refunds. I signed up for the trial and forgot to discontinue it. I wasn't happy with the video It produced and I forgot that you had to register as a trial just to try it. I ask for a parcel refund sense it was partially my fault and I was told there's no way to issue a refund on their end because you didn't buy it to their website. they refer you back to be Google Play Store who will tell you it's against their policy to issue a refund
