I purchased a course that turned out to be far too basic for my needs. Accepted a refund as Udemy credit, planning to wait for a sale and then repurchase a more suitable course. However, the credit did not appear during the sale period, so I could not use it when prices were lowest. Only after the sale ended did the credit finally show up in my account. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I lost the opportunity to buy the course I wanted at the discounted price.

It is a very disgusting experience, you buy a monthly or yearly subscription, you still have to pay for some courses, then why do they claim we don't have to pay for courses after taking subscription. no way to communicate with support team. many courses not available on business udemy, many courses not available on subscriptions plans. so it's of no use to buy subscription. they are not able to keep every courses under one roof.

I had to create a new profile. It's still an amazing app and has a lot of free courses. Also $20 a month to access paid courses doesn't seem like a lot considering there's so many courses to access. I love Udemy, it's good to be back, and I'll pay for courses as I see fit and I might even get a monthly subscription at some point.
