I have used this for almost 2 years now. My oldest son loves it. I noticed a difference after we started using it. Lots of books, activities, ect to keep him engaged in learning. When my youngest is old enough, he will be using as well. Update. Had some issues with the app and wasn't able to log on. Staff were very friendly and quickly replied to emails re:status. Very happy with the customer service

I love this app for my kids but seem to end up constantly with blank pages with our with out sound. I have tried all it says to do when having this problem and nothing seems to be working. I like that they enjoy this app for learning but can't deal with consistently having blank pages or loading screens. If I did not have this problem it would be 5 stars and I would be so happy.

Update 4-25: issue finally resolved. Adding 2 stars because the app is decent & my daughter liked it. I subscribed during covid & eventually forgot about our subscription. Last week, I saw a new yearly charge on my CC statement. Realizing I hadn't canceled, I contacted them to ask for a refund for the recent advance charge only (I own not canceling before & don't expect to get that back.) It took 2 emails & a 30 min chat online before they issued 50% & "credits for unused time." Ridiculous.
