Began very well and was impressed. After a week or two the app kept freezing, restarting and being buggy. Paid for first month subscription incase the bugs were down to my L.O getting through the levels too quickly for a free trial. The problems persisted and now she loses lives and boxes fill for clicking the correct answer meaning she's repeating the same thing over and over until I force restart. Not worth £1 a month, let a lone £10 a month! Subscription cancelled.

The app is hard to figure out and confusing. If the app is used in the US the names of items should match our words. For instance we say ice cream, not geloto! This is very confusing for kids. Also the pictures don't always make sense and are hard for a child to figure out. My child has completing a ton of lessons but his reading level stays the same. That is discouraging! All in all for the price I'm not satisfied and I wish I would of tried a different program.

Volume control is bad. My experience is mostly with the Reading Eggs lessons. The audio at the end of each lesson that says "Well done!" or "Congratulations" is really loud, but the audio for the actual lesson is very low. And for some lessons, we can't listen to the question again! It's really frustrating for small kids. Otherwise, the lessons themselves are well planned and designed. If audio issues were fixed, it would be so much better.
