About this app

Connect brewing, beans, and taste in a pour-over coffee notebook. Follow each pour, track the beans you use, and choose one adjustment to try next from your taste notes.

• Large cumulative water targets and timed brewing steps
• Pause, resume, and move to the next step
• Five recipes: classic three pours, a 40/60 split, bloom plus one pour, immersion, and flash-chilled iced coffee
• Recalculate water and pour targets when you change the dose or ratio
• Save up to three custom recipes for free
• Record beans, roasters, roast dates, photos, and remaining stock
• Deduct beans when saving a brew and update stock when editing or deleting a record
• Record sour or bitter, weak or strong, half-star ratings, flavors, and notes
• Get one suggested adjustment to try next, with its reasoning
• Calculate extraction yield from an optional measured TDS reading
• Export beans and brewing records as CSV

The timer, bean cellar, brewing journal, and next-step suggestions are free. Plus is a one-time purchase for unlimited custom recipes, bean comparisons, frozen-bean tracking, dial-in trails, all-time charts, and restock forecasts.

Open Settings > Open Plus demo to use all Plus features for free with separate sample data. Everyone can use it without an account, purchase, code or time limit. Demo edits are saved separately and survive restart. Exit demo returns to your unchanged personal data. Demo JSON backups restore only inside the demo.

No account or ads. Brew and record offline. Records are stored on your device.

Suggestions, freshness estimates, and restock forecasts are guides based on your inputs. Adjust them to suit your palate. Entering TDS requires a separate refractometer.
