Worst experience ever. This app is full of bugs. Even the simple setting up of elinkGiro cannot be completed after multiple tries. Just when you are ready to key in the confirmation code for verification, the page crashes and you can never complete the process. Strongly discourage anyone from downloading and using it. If they can screw up a simple function like that im not sure if your trades and positions are safe

Not able to connect during peak hours. It happened several times already. I just can't believe it. Better to have a backup broker, in case you can't close your position, at least you CA hedge with the other account. update 2026: what a stupid app. the so called price protection algorithm prevented my from closing position betting at earning until price bottomed out at 17%. I understand the risk of betting at earning, but do not out of nowhere being considered and prohibited me closing positions.

Login setup on the app is terrible. every now and then it automatically enables read-only even when I have disabled it and then you need to enter password to log back in rather than simply using biometrics. It just feels so fragile. May be check out login pages for apps like Robinhood. Not one glitch
