You can create a new note/check list by tapping + in the bottom right corner of the main screen.

Protect your notes and check list.
1. Click on the Note or check list you want to protect, then click on the lock icon in the upper right corner of the screen or click on more option and select the lock icon.
Then create your password and answer the security question.
2. Lock the notes and check lists you want to protect by touching the lock icon.

I'm not sure about this app anymore. It was ok, but vs. the other apps that I use, this app gets very annoying. It continues to bump me back up to the top of the page, literally like every second of using it. It makes you lose your place so easily, where it's crazy if you're writing a lot at once or typing out a super long story. etc..

5/28 update to 5 stars as they removed the obnoxious ad placement as they stated it would! I understand this is a free app the ads used to be acceptable and tolerable. Now every time you leave the app and come back you get an ad. If you need to go back and forth between notes and another app you are trying to take notes from it is extremely frustrating.

I've used this notes app for 3 years and I just love it for taking notes, writing script content, keeping a running record of my health stats and so much more. You can write simple notes, give it a bold text title, you can even assign a colour tab for each page effectively creating a category of subjects. it's part of my every day - all time favourite app stack on my phone. I highly recommend FlyNote to anyone who wants a notes app that's simple and easy to use. 10/10 ✅✅✅✅✅
