What have they done to a great App. I have been a dedicated Evernote users for 14 years since getting my first iPad. Now the options are changing so they send me an email. But the options they describe are not actually available in the App so what now. An exercise in losing long term customers through poor choices. Such a shame. Updated and reduced to one - sadly a customer lost now. They have an AI customer support that gives options that don't match the App.

update. I've Loved this app for years, it was my go-to for everything. now it's completely unstable, locks me out over and over, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to be able to open my notes. very disappointed in the changes, sad not to have this great tool available anymore. can't recommend it anymore. Works great, and all my information is safe even if my phone is broken and must be replaced. This app has been a huge help.

Well, Evernote... this is the end. -- After progressively crippling the functionality of your app to strongarm users into paying for a subscription, the AD version is the final straw. I don't need any of the paid supported functions and was happy to recommend it to others, who ultimately DID pay for it. But now... you've made the app completely useless to me forcing me to watch ads every time I open it and do more than a few things in it. SHAME

- Mermaid diagrams are now available in the editor: you can create flowcharts and sequences from text using the Mermaid syntax.
- You can now get AI suggested titles to help you stay organized. Just a quick reminder: your note should have some content so we can come up with the best title for you.
