using paid version. I have finished the beginner section of Latvian and my husband (native speaker) says the recordings actually sound like native speakers unlike an app I was using before. Once in a while they choose an odd word that apparently isn't common, but it's not bad. My big disappointment with the app is that the first two sections had grammar lessons (which sold me on pro), but none of the rest do. Kind of a bait and switch for a language so grammar-dependent.

"Unlock all lessons to progress 3x faster"? You mean to progress at all right? Only two lessons are available. You have to pay for anything more. That isn't enough to know how helpful this app may be. I was hoping to add it to my rotating roster of language learning apps, but there isn't a free version so that's no longer possible

I payed for the premium because I enjoyed the sentences and i felt they helped a lot understanding the structure of the new language. However: there are two downsides. I cant acess just the word list (even if it was only after i learn.... In order to take notes i would have to redo the levels) and the chatting game only has right answers. I ended up giving up on trying to read them unfortunately.
