Ratings and reviews

I strongly recommend against ordering food via the Ride application. The price you are quoted is often not the actual price even if you pay in advance. The dispatcher calls and explains you own additional money due to a "price change". Today I was asked to pay 35% more, after the food was delivered. This in my view is false advertising and stealing. Do not order food on the Ride application. There is fraud.

Good app but bad implementation, like what's the point of setting the gps pickup and destination if the driver is gonna call you and ask you where to pick u up plus we have to show them where to go EVERY DRIVER SINCE NOW BEEN ASKING ME WHERE TO, DUDE I LITERALLY SENT U THE GPS CHECK THAT!!

Something wrong with the app. I ordered a minivan of seven seats but just a small car came when I wanted to cancel before even the trip started. The app displayed that I should pay an unreasonable amount of money for that. The driver wasn't helpful at all. And the customer service is awful. The drivers are incapable of reading maps and require further information about your location and even tell to come to where they are.

What's new
