A Careem Morning! It was my first Careem experience, and it was splendid! I am fortune to have a car of my own but heard alot of positive things about Careem so decided to have a go this Sunday to work and see what the hype was about. I ordered an economy car but was immediately upgraded to a Lexus E class! The Captain Mr. Sadiq Mehmoud was very polite and held up a friendly conversation. I arrived at work on time and the experience was great. Would definitely do this again when I want to avoid driving!
I had a very bad experiance today The driver did not know the roads he took three wrong turns i was late for 45 minuets for work because of him. When i called the customer servicess to complain they did not resolve my call properly and the representitive hung up the phone in my face.. I give them 0 out of 10 for customer satisfaction
Ms The application wasn't working and I had to call them, even I had to wait long time so they answer me. I have given clear location and repeated again. So from the call center they sent the driver to the wrong location. I'm absolutely not happy. Because I had to wait another 10 minutes under the sun. I will never use the careem again
Saftey Concern I use careem frequently and well satisfied with the service. However last ride was the worst experience. 1st no snap of captain displayed after order confirmation. 2nd the driver came with another person in the car which obviously is a security concern. I cancel the ride. Careem must have a check on their captains when they are in field.
Good so far However its really hard to find a car after 11 pm. Plus there should be an option to book a car on phone. Sometimes there is poor data connection. Worst thing about you guys is your helpline there is no option to get straight to the operator. Its very frustrating.
👎👎 Everytime the captain cancels the ride. Are they picking us up as per the area. This drove me crazy. Got late for my exam too. This is all rubish. How can a captain not reach me in 4 minutes if he is just 2 minutes away. After half an hour they canceled the ride and that really sucks.
