Service is great no doubt. But drivers doesn't know the ways and location that's weird & pathetic. Drivers frequently attend calls manually (without hands-free) during driving that's insane and horrible.
App error showed wrong destination and i want correction and i contact driver he was decent but company that they will charge 150 for cancel and book new . Seriously thats how u make customers. Disappointed. Heard alot good but i am not satisfied
Can not even sign up. The app asks for code send to my phone. I receive the code and enter the exact same code. The app says an unknown error occured. Tried this like 10 times. Will give better review and rating if you fix this
The Captain got wrong location for pickup and on my enquiry he was waiting there so guided him to pickup point. This has been experienced for the 3rd time. So navigation needs lot of improvement. As waiting due to navigation causes charges to customers.
needs some improvements of Captain who are playing with customers by not answering calls. or forced them to canceled there booking.
very poor service customer ko pagal bna rhy hain no doubt service bohat achi hai but mere sath jo ho rha hai uska kya friday ko ride li or bill 33000 ka na koi helpline na koi issues sunnay wala hai
