Ratings and reviews

Payments don't come fast enough. you have to wait 24-48 hours for it. They don't pay you if you are enroute to a pickup and the order gets canceled before you arrive which is a big inconvenience. I hate that this app forces you to use the branch app to receive payments. the problem with the branch app is when you want to transfer money to a separate account, there is a $2.99 transfer fees.

Cash grab at the very end of the application process and a high probability of just losing the money. I got all the way to the end of the application which was fairly extensive and was prompted to pay $40 to enter an application. I looked into how they operate outside of that and from what I can tell there is a decent probability that you won't get any jobs even if accepted depending on where you live and even if you get denied you still lose your money. will not support this type of business.

not busy ever. its Wednesday now, and since monday ive had three orders I went to pick up just for order to have already been picked up. canceling orders is a hassle and the "compensation" for that mistake is trash. from a $40 pick up to $8 for your trouble. id use GoShare, Curri, Fero, TaskRabbit. all those run smooth and create less mistakes than this app here. support is very careless
