About this app

The Covid19Verify application provides an opportunity to check the validity and authenticity of Covid-19 certificates issued in accordance with the EU regulation, observing the regulations adopted in Latvia. The check is performed by scanning the QR code of the certificate presented by the person. The application allows you to determine the validity of this type of certificates - a certificate of vaccination against Covid-19, a certificate of the results of laboratory tests of Covid-19, a certificate of the fact of Covid-19 disease.

Using the app - When you open the app, you must use the camera built into the device and scan the QR code. The app notifies you if the scanned certificate is valid or invalid.

Ratings and reviews

Certificate validation works as expected even offline. Online is required at the beginning to synchronize signature issuers. Validates not only LV, but also foreign certificates. Nice job!

I have a Bulgarian issued EU certificate that has worked across 10 other countries but this app says "invalid signature" effectively banning me from all indoor venues in Latvia even though I'm fully vaccinated.

Stopped working just after opening. Reinstalled. It crases after scanning 1 qr code. Then I need to uninstall and reinstall again. How can I check customers, if this is such a pain? It was made to get things easier, not harder....
