Ratings and reviews

Doesnt always load the order book. Cant be on the consumer end. Literally airplane mode my phone, restart entirely, force app closure, etc. It just appears when it wants to at this point. I find it extremely odd it only disappears when volume and volatility come together.

do not use this exchange, I tried setting up an API key for trading bot to make money and they locked my account for "security purposes" but wanted my KYC verification.. claimed they didn't receive it, had to send it again, sent multiple emails, called them, the stupid AI chat bot that does nothing and still waiting for them to unlock my account and it has been 3 weeks. This review will stay up, you do not tell me what to do, do you understand?

Avoid this marketplace. At some point they weren't able to pull the finances from my bank account and froze my assets. I tried to solve the issue and they inpatiently sold my assets at a lower market price. Now they're keeping my account disabled for days, don't let me withdraw my assets and won't explain what's going on. No one is even responding in the chat. Terrible customer service.
