Ratings and reviews

I like the app, but I don't like that it doesn't allow us to see the circulating supply and market cap and all time high of every crypto. Only certain crypto. Also alot of the times when I try to launch the app it's stuck on the loading screen with the pulsing uphold logo and never enters the home menu and doesn't allow me to see my funds and to buy more crypto. The apps seems like it does fishy things

Love this app. Been using it since 2021. But it seems you eliminated live chat and recently my notifications are incorrect. For example. Just got a notification that said ICP was up 5% to $7.68. When I open the app the price is under $7. And this is the same for all notifications. Prices are much lower than the notification price. And you need to bring back the live chat. That is what set this app apart from all others

I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, not very intuitive for me, personally. You can relatively, easily, deposit money. To withdraw, be prepared to take a selfie and pictures of your government ID. They keep bothering me to verify myself. I'm not even trying to take any money out! Also, when you click on the above contact info, this is what you get: "We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (mobile) may not exist..." Should be called Holdup.
