I sent in all of my account information. Opened the account, invested at a great time, and you locked me out because you didn't think it was mine. Then, you charged me just to get the account back to $0. You forced a return of my investment, which was placed at a great time, and was already making me money. I paid that, then you charged me more for no reason. So I'm shutting down the account, not happy with it. At all.

Lost a star because of, IMO, a very large problem with the new paper trading simulator. No matter what I try, on desktop and mobile, order conformation is stuck on. All settings are toggled off, but that pop up still appears and there goes my entry. This needs to be fixed ASAP please. Only on paper trading. Regular account and legacy still work as before.

The absolute WORST trading app. So hard to use. Not user friendly at all. Can't even transfer crypto out because you don't technically own it (so beware of that). Customer support is almost nonexistent. I had to change my name and while other apps completed the request within a day, this app took over a MONTH to process, with countless chats between support. 0/10. Stay far, far away.
