very poor customer service, very very poor!!, how can someone pay for a service and it be delayed for over a week?! I've tried different means of contacting support and there has not been a single response! why?? They said to message premium and premium cannot be messaged unless verified and that's the same reason I'm messaging because X hasn't verified me yet. Even my friends have reached out for my sake but to no avail, this is the most frustrating I've experienced since I joined X.

Hello X team, I am experiencing an issue with my account and the Android app. My replies to other users' posts are not appearing normally under the conversations, even though they show in my profile's Replies tab. I also received a notification saying my account may have limited reach, but I am not using any automation tools or violating the rules. I also have an issue with voice messages: on the Android app, I cannot send voice notes longer than 3sec

I've been having a hard time responding to posts with gifs recently, and that's, like, my M.O. It's really ticking me off, because majority of the time I don't see that it hasn't sent and it's in my drafts until a few hours later. And now I'm getting a playback error message almost every time I click on a video, no matter how long they are🙄 this app needs some WORK I wish I could rate 0 stars 😤😤 Update: when I instal and log in the app crashes and I have to open through Google Play to use it
