I *hate* the motion photo update. It's so bugged it's unbelievable. I just want to be able to send regular pictures, not everything needs to be a damn video. It doesn't matter if you deselect the motion photo option, still does it. Even if you turn it off for the whole group of photos it'll STILL send everything as motion photos. The only way I can share pics anymore is going into my gallery app and sharing from there. Hate it.

Very under-utilized app. I've been using it for 5 or 6 years and it functions flawlessly. Somehow it seems no one knows about Telegram but it has been continuing to grow, I think. Great for video/voice messages and sending pics/videos without downgrading quality. If you follow public people/groups I find it's best to mute everyone or your phone will blow up with constant notifications. I also use Telegram on windows desktop.

I am having constant connection issues. I reached out to support about 3 months ago with no response and no change in the issues. Reinstalling the app does nothing to fix it. Inconsistent notifications, constant "Connecting..." messages on the tops of conversations resulting in me closing the app 2 - 3 times to try to force-connect... used to be my go-to, now it can't text consistently. Having a conversation is impossible with this app.
