Ratings and reviews

It is a word processor, not an options menu simulator. The interface takes up a stupidly uneccesary amount of screen space with negative space just like the desktop versions of the past ten years. A quick shortcut bar or just a bar with the most commonly used options like Word used to have would be really nice, particularly on a small screen. Every other editor has them for good reason, sad Word replaced it with an illogical mess of banners and cryptic unsensically named menus.

I only use Microsoft Word because it is required at my school. The app is awful to use, settings are complicated for no reason, you can't clear the cache on the app, etc. I cleared it through my phone settings trying to access my recent documents, which does nothing. So far it has been impossible to access my documents, even though it says it has synced today. The most recent documents I can access are from several months ago. If I have a choice I never use Microsoft as it is entirely unreliable

I am absolutely livid. I pay an annual fee (which isn't cheap) for this service, and it has completely locked me out of editing every single one of my documents. It asks me to log in at the top of every document, though I am already logged in on my PAID account and then says my account doesn't exist. These documents aren't shared with me; I am the creator and only one with access! I remember when microsoft word was the best word processor around. How the mighty fall.
