I've been loyal to snow for years. It's spectacular are the stickers and effects even the camera quality and easy to make effects however, there's a problem when capturing a photo along with affects because using with affects afterwards of capturing the photo, it removed the makeup and effects leaving the original or non effects & makeup. giving it 3 stars for the great experience but do please fix it!

I've been a loyal user of the Snow app for over a year, but recent issues have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The filter feature, which I used to enhance my photos, suddenly stopped working, displaying a persistent "Please check your internet connection" message, despite being connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Additionally, I encountered difficulties logging into my account, further hindering my user experience.

When I first download this app it was REALLY GOOD! i decided to delete this, not because it's laggy nor anything, it's just draining my battery. So right now I decided to reinstall it but the the filters aren't working and it so FRUSTRATING! It kept saying "please check your network connection" meanwhile my network connection is good condition. So I decided to uninstalled it again and reinstalled again cause i thought maybe it just a bug or something, but nothing happen it still the same.pls fix
