I'm experiencing several issues with your app. I have to log into my Netflix account repeatedly, even though it's already set up. It constantly prompts me to sign up or create an account before I can play any videos, which is very frustrating. Additionally, I'm having trouble with video loading, and the app is generally quite slow. I believe this app has great potential for bonding during long-distance relationships, but I really hope you can make some improvements.

I haven't had any issues with the rave app since 2019, but when 2024 got underway, there were a lot of issues, such as Netflix movies that were only loading rather than playing. I also can't switch profiles after logging into Netflix, but when I reload the app at the rave, the resign-in screen shows up. I hope you fix the app as before because my friends and I can't watch it properly anymore due to constant technical issues. It's not good to use anymore, especially when it keeps bugging.

There's a free 1000 points every day as long as you log into the app. One movie costs 1000 points for each participant though. The points gets credited once you played a movie and there's no way of getting them back even though you encountered an issue and wasn't able to finish watching the movie (which always happens). There's also no way to check your points before playing a movie. Please fix this so we can keep using the app. It'll also be great if we could buy points to keep watching.
