I really hate how expensive the coins needed to unlock many chapters. Also there's no other ways to get more coins but to buy it (so expensive) which I think is a waste of time to the users/readers since we can't afford to buy coins. Maybe you could do something about it and it more interesting (add games, add daily check-in to get more coins, and so on and so forth )

Inconvenient to the readers part. You need to unlock the chapters before you can read all of it. Which I don't prefer. There's another option to read the entire story which is to pay for it. Then,no instructions on how to get to read the whole story for free. Though,the story is interesting. Need to uninstall it cause of boredom of waiting to unlock the next chapter if you opted to not pay.

Stories are good and provide opportunity for new writers. However, when totalled, the cost for a story is more than purchasing an ebook or even a paper back (right up there with hardbound books). I didn't mind purchasing coins though since it's to support new writers. What I did mind is that they give you opportunities for "promos" or "coupons" but don't deliver. No customer service as well (I tried and waited) so if you need assistance, you don't get it.
