I'd like to think this app is a consistently good app. However the fact of what just happened was, the app works normal all the way up until deposit is complete, then a non skippable "we got bills" ad shows up it also doesn't work and your funds are bricked in a wallet that can't be accessed. Big ol FU to my plans for today so thanks to the geniuses that came up with that non working banner ad. Real smart executives, senior leadership, and development team in this organization

Terrible experience! my money is stuck, moonpay won't allow me to open an account and I can't exchange my coin to cash!! The chat bot is completely useless and im 500 pounds out of pocket. im completely gutted that I've been scammed like this!! Don't use!!

Very frustrating app. I am trying to connect my coinbase to bitpay, and I get an email from coinbase saying that the third party app connected to my account, but bitpay will be displayed unauthorized on their own end. It doesn't make sense to spend all night trying to figure this out. No help from bitpay My app is up to date and I try to connect by coinbase again just now and on your guys end it still shows a blank screen that says "unauthorized " you guys needs to seriously gets this fix.
