Uhum.. my first use of this is quite easy. I must say. Now, after sometime, I didn't get the chance to use this. The problem I've been facing now is the bug where I can't replace the photos or add photos after I choose the template. At first, I thought I didn't update it, so I updated it. But still the same. I re-installed, well.. it did work properly but after I click the "ok" button, back to my problem again Fix this bug, please.

I signed up for the free trial of the app, but I was not aware that it would automatically renew once the trial ended. On August 30, 2026, ₱1,099 was charged to my GCash account without my knowledge or prior notice. As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription because I never intended to continue with the paid plan. I kindly request a refund, as the renewal was unintentional and I did not use any of the premium features af

okay, first and foremost. i just tried their app out of curiosity, then availed the free trial since it was so annoying. unfortunately, i forgot to cancel the subscription and they deducted money from my bank acc, that was supposed to be my allowance for college. tried reaching out, but there was no reply. it was not even connected directly to my bank acc, but on the shopping app that i used. i just hope that i get to have my money back.
