Ratings and reviews

Can you add the Read Aloud feature in this app? I love to immerse myself while reading and sometimes I don't have time to read and I'd rather listen to it by using the Read Aloud. I love the Charcoal theme, it doesn't hurt my eyes even when I read for more than hours. Also one thing I would love to add since there are words that are new to me. I'd like to recommend adding pronunciation in your dictionary like other ebook reader apps like K*ndle. This would be perfect if those features added.

Nice, simple & easy to use interface. Limited formatting options: you can only change the font size of the app. I got a problem with how I can't add the Free eBooks that Kobo offers. I tried it already in the website, cleared cookies and cache but I still couldn't add them to my library. Also, imported books from your devices can't be synced across other devices which is a real hassle. Bought books in Kobo can be synced though.

Used to be a great app. Since the last update though, it's very hard to use. The links for footnotes no longer appear to work. When you open a book, it automatically turns the screen brightness up to maximum, which makes it almost impossible to look at because it's so bright. You can't turn the brightness down either because it somehow overrides the phone settings. None of the settings seem to allow you to change any of this and re-installing it didn't do anything.
