Been playing since S1, and all I can say is that as time goes by, THE GAME HAS BECOME SO FRUSTRATING AND LESS ENJOYABLE! It's good to see more heroes, really nice commander skins, new synergies&factions, and a lot of commander revamps, BUT, the shop refreshes are very random and matches are very unbalanced. Other players get the most of their line-up while others don't due to these imbalances. Also, the report system is just there for display. Comments are never acknowledged nor addressed.

I like the new mode, Arena. Very versatile, flexible and game-changer. However, what I don't like about it, is the countdown on "Boost Rounds". I hate that it automatically surrenders your team for that round if you don't choose within the time frame. It loses its motto "play anytime, anywhere". Please fix this. If the player didn't choose on time, just continue the match but don't automatically surrender them.

I like that there are more heroes, commanders, and lineups, but some things make the game less enjoyable. I've been playing for a few days, yet I can only use two emojis—I hope they add more, especially the ones from the players' ML accounts. The old version let me use my ML battle points for items in the shop, but now I can't. I also can't use my favorite chessboard, which is disappointing. I prefer the old version's format—it was more user-friendly during the game. Hope they bring these back!
