Hello, I want to address this bug I have been experiencing from the NGL app. I have been experiencing an issue whenever I open the app. It would load for at least 10 minutes. I have checked my internet connection, and it works just fine. Second of all, I can’t receive messages, though the app just notified me that someone has sent me one. I sent an email to the team regarding the issue with more details and stuff :) I hope this would help fix the bugs, I really love this app

It was okay for the first time, but when I subscribed for just 1 week, the option was listed as being charged every week, so maybe for one year, it will be charged 39 pesos every week, When I tried to cancel the subscription to stop it, I can't cancel it anymore, I'll be in debt for one year, please put a stop subscription so that customers or users of your app don't go into debt.

I’m giving 3 stars because having to pay just to see a name feels restrictive and leads to a lot of overthinking for those who can't afford it. The Fix: For your next update, please consider a "Surprise Reveal" event. Maybe once a month or during the holiday season (December), give us one day where we can see the sender for free. It would be a great way to reward loyal users and stop the constant guessing games without makmaking us pay every single time.
