Customer service is superb. I had an issue with my login on the app so I sent an email to them for assistance expecting no resolution just like any banking app's "customer care line". And to note, today is Sunday. But lo and behold, I received an email more than an hour later and the issue was already fixed. Salamat po and keep up the good work.

App keeps asking to update but after I updated it when I open the Pelco App it will ask for the same thing. I already tried to clear data/cache and update on new version but the app wont stop asking for an update. It's a bit annoying. Cant use it bec of this. 😪 (Update:) Yaay! It's been fixed already! Grabe sila ang bilis magreply sa email! Super thank you for helping me out po! 🔥🔥🥰😍

App just takes a bit time to load. Suggestion: Please also input dates of payment (so it will be reflected) so information about Bills and Payments will be complete. Waiting for Reporting Outages/Issues to be active. Over all app is helpful and informative. Thank you.
