I've been using this app for years, and I really like it. I could give it 5 stars. I had no issues with it until this month or around February, when it started to bug out and stop working. I tried reinstalling and clearing the data multiple times, but nothing seemed to work. The home menu is completely empty, nothing shows up. When I add an image, it doesn't scan it; it just keeps scanning forever.

The new update on the user interface is terrible. They have removed key features like fixing width of the text, copy and paste image to another batch file, and the entire tools section on right side in PC version. There's also an issue in removing the background of the photo when two images are in the same batch file. Editing take a longer time to finish with this terrible update.

Absolutely ridiculous! I was charged automatically, and when I requested a refund, the process was already difficult. Then my request was declined because it “doesn't meet the policy.” Now I’m being told I should have enabled authentication—as if that makes it my fault that the money was automatically deducted. Instead of helping me, you simply rejected my refund. If you can automatically charge customers, you should at least provide fair refund assistance. Extremely disappointing. Never again!
