experiencing the same error and issues as other users. laggy country selection, won't turn on (basically useless at times), map turns gray and stops loading, and i have to keep reinstalling every time i use it. and no, restarting my device does nothing. this has been a reoccurring issue for months now - maybe a year. update: ok devs, it's nice to know a permanent fix is being processed.

Its working but the speed is so slow. Only supports a few servers and doesn't have any server (like mine) and for small countries' districts/regions. I am really glad that I could use up to 3GB free data to be secured (or not) however, the speed/bandwidth is so small/low that I could barely use my internet connection to download large files. Only thing I like here is that you can split tunnel and kill switch in the free app. Also gives you 2-3GB of free data (in a way)...

Desktop works fine (with paid subscription as free tier now usually connects to a server in your own country which is useless), but mobile app lately is even more useless. "Oops, something went wrong, please try later" when opening, unless you uninstall and reinstall the app again (and that would only let you connect once, next launch you are quite likely to see same "ooops" message).
