I've had the app for awhile. but now it isn't working. I can't access one of my journals. it syncs and crashes. I'm unable to write. so I read to spark it. penzu crashes now. and it's not getting better. I'll just use it on the computer. the phone app is trash now. and im disappointed. I can't even correct. just upset and done

I've been using Penzu for 3 years, and everything about it is so great. It helped me a lot during my breakdowns and anxieties. I am not using premium, but still, it's working great—the features are good and everything is amazing. BUT, I'm giving you 2 stars as of now becaus since I accidentally updated the app, it kept on lagging, like, it's so hard to use you anymore. Every time I started typing or writing a journal, it suddenly lag, and my writings move to different places. It jamble!😠

Other reviews have already captured why I love this app so much. the only reason it's one star short is because I realized someone could make a app pin without having the owners password. that means as long as your account is unlocked, on mobile, someone can just come and lock you out of your accounts and you'd have to use a Chromebook/Desktop to get back in. please fix this bug; the app is this close to perfection.
