It's been lovely for learning Korean. Unfortunately, the free part barely covers the first most basic unit, and with billing paused for my country, I can't possibly continue and see if it's possible to get a decent level of knowledge. I can't recommend this app for free learners. I like the option to have the romanization on or off, unlike in Bisuu, where it's always on. The gamification isn't as intense as in Duolingo. The ads for premium are tolerable.

Guys, it's very cool that the app has "disable all audio" function. So many places and circumstances where it comes in handy... But it's a shame that it does not disable ALL audio, so every now and then there'll be a "listen and choose" exercise which you just can't skip. And choosing between breaking the silence and forfeiting review progress makes you feel... you know. Still 5*, but if you could introduce a proper silent mode, that would be great.

This is really good app for the self-education. Simple and pleasant design. At first i thought that lessons are too repetitive but it really helps to remember rules and words. I like that lessons are short, so i can do them anytime. I had a problem with the annual charge, and the tech support answered quickly and really understood the situation. This is very important for me with so much scum around. Sadly i don't have time to continue learning. But i am going to return to LinguoDeer for sure!
