It's a good app...until you want to close your account. I've been trying for two weeks to close my account. I followed the steps in the app, waited two or three days for a confirmation email and was given a code to use...it had expired. The toll free number only works in the U.S. (not Canada) When I sent an email, I was told to follow the steps I already had, or use a link that sent me to an unsecure web site that my browser wouldn't let me proceed to.

points expire way too quickly. If you don't want your points to expire you have to make a purchase every 90 days. This wouldn't be so bad if the weather was good, but I live in Canada where it's freezing cold 4+ months out of the year. I'm not going to go out in -40c weather so I can stop my points from expiring. Now I'm out 3000 points. If points didn't expire for 5-6 months that would be a lot more tolerable. Some places' rewards points don't expire for a whole year, so I think I'll buy there

An absolute disappointment! This app does not convey information correctly. I placed a pickup order earlier this afternoon. That was supposed to be ready within fifteen minutes and the progress bar in the app sat at "in progress" for over two hours. I checked it multiple times and when finally it switched to "ready" it refreshed and within seconds of getting my keys to get it-it canceled. They're refusing to refund me, stating i abandoned my order. I wasted HOURS on this. 100% beware and avoid!
