Ratings and reviews

The app has quite a number of useful functions, and it is quite user-friendly. Reasons for giving it a 3-star instead of a 5-star rating: 1) The GPS tracking system is not exactly accurate and can be pretty laggy at times. It has to be refreshed quite a number of times to be able to locate my child, who is just inside a standalone building (not in the underpass/tunnel/ basement). 2) The smart watch user is only able to leave a 15s voice msg. No text msgs available so can be inconvenient.

this app is a part of the watch I planned to buy, i had asked the seller if it the app was free or required a subscription. their answer; yes. so i did a trial run. I found out you need a subscription to keep ads removed for 3-6-or 9 months at a time. The app seems like it was translated from another language, and navigation through the app isn't very easily understood. I'm just trying to learn this app before I commit to purchasing the watch. This alone makes me not want to move forward.

Completely unreliable and user unfriendly. Constantly show "device offline, check settings or coverage" even though there isn't such an option. As an App came with a bought device, it's completely UNACCEPTABLE to place ads in it, that even further complicate tracking the location of a child, especially in a situation that could be an emergency. What a shame 😥
