There will be a little bit of screen changes during 1 April every year. App is so far so good easy for travellers to refer. Just that CCTV will sometime broke down.

I can't open the app. it keeps saying I need to download from play store and I already downloaded the app. there is a glitch

No reason to require location or other permissions for an app that only shows the same 5 cameras regardless of location
